Social media mentoring
Don't want to hand your social media to someone else, but run it yourself — just with confidence and no guesswork? That's exactly what mentoring is for. I'll teach you to use social media the right way, so you master your online world on your own.
How mentoring works — step by step
Initial consultation
We meet (in person or online) and go through your goals, your experience with social media so far, your expectations from mentoring and which channels you want to use.
Assessing where you are
If you already use social media, we'll audit your accounts — what works and what doesn't. If you don't use them yet, we'll look at what has held you back.
Building a plan
We'll put together a mentoring plan: goals, concrete steps to reach them, which platforms we'll use and what content we'll create.
Starting the mentoring
We get to work — regular sessions for learning and discussion, creating content, tracking results and tuning the strategy as needed.
Ongoing review and adjustment
Social media keeps changing, so the strategy has to be flexible. We regularly review results and adjust the plan accordingly.
The best social media results usually aren't instant. Building presence, an audience and engagement takes time — so it's important to set realistic expectations and be patient.
How mentoring runs
A personalised strategy
We tailor the strategy to your goals, customers and field — which platforms fit, what content resonates and how to plug social into your business.
Practical skills
You don't just get a strategy — we go through everything from profile setup and content creation to community management and data analysis. And I keep you in the loop on what's new.
Support and feedback
Regular check-ins, reviewing what works and what doesn't, and the freedom to reach out to me anytime with any question or problem.
Who mentoring suits — and who it doesn't
Who it's for

- Small and medium businesses — an affordable alternative to a fully staffed social team.
- Non-profits — social media for awareness, support and community.
- Individuals growing their career — how social media works at a professional level.
- Personal brands and influencers — authentic content and engaging with fans.
Who it's not for
- Large organisations with fully staffed social media teams.
